I've spent years working across healthcare, recruiting, customer operations, and executive support. Different industries, completely different day-to-day work — but the same problems kept showing up everywhere I went. A process that only worked because one specific person was quietly holding it together. Documentation that technically existed but nobody trusted enough to actually use. Onboarding that was really just a laptop and a "good luck," and then everyone acting surprised when the new hire struggled.

At first I thought that was just how things were at each individual company. Eventually I realized it wasn't about any one company at all — it's the default state most businesses end up in unless someone deliberately builds it differently. Growth doesn't create these problems. It just removes the slack that was quietly hiding them.

That's why I started Scaffold Operations Group. The work is simple to describe and genuinely hard to do well: go into a business, watch how work actually happens, and build the systems, documentation, and onboarding structure that make the business less dependent on any single person's memory or bandwidth.

Why Scaffold Ops

We've lived the problems we now help fix.

Real Operational Experience

Years across healthcare, recruiting, customer ops, and executive support — not theory borrowed from a course.

Outsider Perspective

Familiarity makes everyone else stop seeing what's broken. We walk in without that blind spot.

Documentation + Operational Thinking

We don't just describe what's wrong — we rebuild the process, then document the fix.

The Mission

Businesses shouldn't depend on one person's memory to function.

Knowledge should belong to the organization, not the individual. Processes should be repeatable, documented, accessible, scalable, and sustainable. Every engagement, regardless of package or price point, is fundamentally moving a client from people-dependent operations to system-dependent operations.

Let's talk about what's actually breaking.
